Refund policy

If something arrived wrong, we replace it. If your piece arrived with a printing defect, damaged, or isn't the one you ordered, email shop@cosprax.com within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a new one at no cost.

Lost package. If your order doesn't arrive, let us know within 30 days after the estimated delivery date and we'll sort it out.

Size exchanges. Since every piece is made to order, we don't do size exchanges. Please check each product's size guide before ordering.

If you changed your mind. You have 5 business days from receiving your order to cancel the purchase, as set by Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law (art. 56). Email shop@cosprax.com within that period; send the piece back unused and we'll refund what you paid for it. Return shipping is at your expense.

Before returning anything, write to us. Please don't send packages without talking to us first: we'll tell you how to solve it.
